We provided a conceptual and creative design process, delivering a 3D rendering before commencing work. This allowed the client to visualize the final result, ensuring it was aesthetically pleasing, aligned with the concept, and offered suitable functionality. This was a comprehensive, turnkey production and installation project.
The detailed scope of work was as follows:
Room Renovation Work:
- Painting of interior walls, ceiling, and light wells.
- Installation of new 40W LED Panel Ceiling Lights.
- Installation of a new electrical load center with circuit breakers, running a new electrical main for the room, and installing all necessary conduits.
- Installation of two (2) sets of white baked aluminum double swing doors, with black-tinted film applied.
- Installation of new white baked aluminum windows with 6mm clear glass.
- Installation of painted HMR wood trim/molding around the room.
- Installation of Polypropylene (PP) plastic bird netting over existing bird deterrents.
Audio-Visual System and Room Equipment:
- Installation of a BMB DAR-350HD4 Amplifier.
- Installation of eight (8) BMB CSJ-06 6-inch 2-way speakers.
- Installation of a 150-inch (16:10) projector screen.
- Installation of an Epson EB-2265U Projector.
- Installation of twelve (12) 16-inch Hatari fans.
- Installation of seven (7) Central Air 36,000 BTU air conditioners.
- Installation of six (6) Samsung 65-inch 4K LED Smart TVs with wall mounts.
- Installation of a 15U equipment rack.
- Installation of an AV signal distribution and switching system to route signals to various displays according to the user’s requirements.
